A long midcentury sideboard in teak with maple-lined interior by White & Newton, British c.1975. This model features four drawers above four cupboard doors, all with recessed finger-pull handles and veneered in a well-matched golden teak. Inside, the maple compartments include a pull-out cutlery tray and shelving. Raised on a plinth base with inset legs, the clean linear form and contrasting timber detailing reflect the firm’s modernist design ethos under Philip Hussey’s direction.
