A midcentury teak nest of tables from the Astro Long John range by G Plan, c.1960. Designed with sculptural curved bases and veneered tops framed in solid teak, the set comprises one elongated table and two smaller square tables that neatly tuck beneath. The design reflects G Plan’s emphasis on practicality combined with modernist form, with a light golden tone to the surfaces and darker edging adding contrast. A classic piece of British midcentury furniture.
